Care that only some people can reach is not infrastructure. Heyrafiki is built to WCAG 2.2 Level AA, and we want to hear where we fall short of it.
We hold the website and the Platform to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Keyboard access, focus visibility, labels, contrast, zoom, reduced motion and screen-reader structure are reviewed as surfaces change, not audited once.
Care itself is offered in the format that fits you: Sign, Voice, Text and more. Accessibility settings carry across the Platform rather than resetting on each surface.
Documents a Practitioner or an Organization uploads are outside our control, and we cannot guarantee their accessibility. Where a third-party component falls short of our standard, we replace it rather than wait.
If a page, form or document is difficult to use, email hello@heyrafiki.space. Include the address, what you were trying to do, and the device or assistive technology involved, if you are comfortable sharing it. We treat these as defects, not requests.
