No. You stay an independent Practitioner with your own Practice, rates, availability and Clients. Heyrafiki is the Infrastructure underneath: the Virtual Facility, the billing and the tools.
Joining is free, with a 15% platform fee per Session. Practitioner Pro is KES 1,999 a month with 0% commission, every Inbox channel and premium Finance tools. Every price is on the Pricing page before you apply.
You do, Session by Session. Iris joins only when you bring her in, and your Client is notified in the Room when she does. Notes stay drafts until you approve them, and you can turn her off mid-Session.
